Perfectly Polished, Inc. The Etiquette School was founded to instruct young people in the social graces necessary for their day-to-day activities since 1986. That mission has not changed. Thousands of pre-teens, teenagers and adults have benefited from the skills learned at Georgia's #1 Etiquette school. Ms. Debra Lassiter and Mrs. April McLean are the founders and instructors for Perfectly Polished Inc., The Etiquette School located in Athens, Georgia. They are trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington, Washington, D.C.

Perfectly Polished, Inc., The Etiquette School, recognizes the value of individual excellence in young people. Perfectly Polished is devoted to the promotion and development of poise, confidence, and a higher level of standards.

What we do?

Our Courses By Grade


Social I

Social I, our beginning class, is especially designed for fifth and sixth grade ladies and gentlemen.


Social II

Social II is the class for ladies and gentlemen who have completed Social I. This class divides the curriculum between social education and dance education.


Dance Club

This class is designed for third year returning ladies and gentlemen. These young people are usually seventh and eighth graders. This class builds on years one and two (Social I and Social II) with concentration on dining skills and being in front of a group.


Cotillion Club

This class is designed for young people who have completed Social I, Social II, and Dance Club. These young people are eighth graders.


Lead Dance

Lead Dance is for all students who have completed Social I, Social II, Dance Club and Cotillion Club. These high school students may be a part of Lead Dance for all four years in high school.
